Luckily, the weather was better than in Minneapolis. No snow, at least...just some wind. About 40 enthusiastic local riders attended this event, along with dozens of spectators. Included in the spectators were representatives from seven additional cities, who came to check out Skatewave 3.0. The owner of the local skateshop was on hand, too, to help with skateboarding questions. The Skatewave Demo Team: Mike, Tony and Chris P. ripped it up during their demo time. They worked with some local riders afterward, giving them some tips to perfect their tricks. Three AngelBoy skateboards, one each hour, were given away to some thrilled riders.
